Though at the smaller end of the Presona range this LP40 (shown here at Honda Motors, Swindon, before being housed) is still capable of baling up to 12 tonnes an hour. We can usually find a re-furbished model to suit your needs.
Installation and service is available through-out the UK.

Tetrapak, the well known carton maker, have just changed their 20 year old Presona baler for a new horizontal model from Middleton Engineering. Worked almost continuously the baler has given excellent service. Facilities Engineer Stewart Gunn explained that for most of its working life “it was baling large core ends as well as trimmed waste that made for a lot of wear and tear, but now everything goes through a shredder. For many years it was worked around the clock, seven days a week. It was a reliable machine.” Stuart was very pleased with how well the removal of the old machine and installation of the new baler went. Middleton engineers worked through the week-end to have the new machine ready for commissioning and full training on Monday morning. |
