Middleton Engineering have a series of Presona channel balers available for purchase. This equipment is a perfect introduction for any company that is looking to get into the waste industry. It will provide the capability to process materials such as steel cans, aluminium cans and plastic bottles into a high quality product.

The machinery is currently located Copenhagen, Denmark where it is still in operation. Its current owner is only choosing to sell the equipment as they are up-scaling to a larger factory. This machinery will become available during May of 2020. We invite anyone who is interested in purchasing the equipment to come and view it in its current factory. We will be able to pick you up from the nearest airport and drive you straight to site.

This system consists of two balers for processing steel, aluminium and plastics. Further information and specification for this equipment can be found detailed below.

Presona LP80 VHK/2 (Plastic Baler)

This rare Presona baler is perfect for the processing of plastics as it comes with both vertical and horizontal tying needles. It is in incredibly good condition and has been well maintained, Presona have made at least two service visits each year.

This baler was manufactured in 2012 but has seen very little work. It has been in operation for a total of 4000 hours. This is light work when considering we expect a machine of this type to be used for at least 2000 hours per year. Despite its low operating times, it still managed to process 280 million PET bottles during 2018!.

Presona LP100 AL (Aluminum Baler)

This is another example of a rare Presona baler that has specifically been designed to process aluminium and steel cans. This machine is also in outstanding condition with Presona carrying out at least two service visits per year.

This baler was manufactured during 2008 but has incredibly low operational hours with a total of 3000. We expect a machine of this design to be working an average of 2000 hours per year. This machine processed 390 million aluminium cans during 2018!
